Healing Hearts Across borders effort from St. Edmunds elicited donations of over $600 to buy toys at Costco in Tijuana, and many other donations of personal hygiene items, especially the toothbrushes, toothpaste and floss that dentists like to distribute at examination time. The hand held toys, socks and shirts are terrifically received. After Christmas Anne Herold and Pam Risinger are advocating for new sweatshirts and hoodies to help get through the winter. All items will proceed on the bus leaving St. Edmund’s in February, with thanks from Anne Herold, Pam Risinger, and all who continue to support the charity founded by our own Dr. Kevin Lake.
